That will get you to disclose negative things about yourself that are gonna count against you. When they decide if you move on to, the next stage of the interview like you pass the interview. So the conclusion is that we don't want to engage with this question, any more than we have to. It's a trap. Anything we can do to end this question quickly and safely is good.

So to skip to the end, what I recommend this kind of sounds a bit weird, but just bear with me. What i've recommended is when you get asked this question, how do you handle stress? You say I actually handle stress very well and then you shut up and you let them move to the next question. You're not gonna take the bait. You're not gonna go down that rabbit hole. If you feel really awkward and you feel like you must say something else. The standard line that I always use is everyone feels a certain amount of stress. But for me, it's never really been a problem in the past, and then you shut up, then you let them move on. You answer the question politely. You technically given a proper professional answer to it, you haven't given them anything that they would consider a red flag or a problem about yourself. Okay? And that way, you can get back to answering questions like, why should we hire you? Which is you telling them how you meet all the requirements, how you have everything they're looking for and how they should hire you.

That's what your purposes in the job interviews to get back to the talking about how you have everything you're looking for, and showing off your professionalism, showing off how charismatic you are showing off your communication skills, and so on.
